Christmas cake - Part Two


You will learn a range of skills including how to level, cover with marzipan, cover with sugar paste and decorate a rich fruit cake. 


Workshops will take place over two sessions;

  • first to level the cake and cover with marzipan - two hours approx
  • the second to cover with sugar paste and complete the decoration - three hours approx


Includes round or square fruit cake, all ingredients and materials and there will be a choice of designs to complete your festive centrepiece.    

  • Venue

    Venue for workshops will be confirmed shortly and will be held in either in Leiston, Snape, Aldeburgh or Saxmundham.  

    As a guide, each workshop will run for approx. three hours.
